Dr. Sandra Taylor, DVM, PO, CCRP, CVPPDr. Sandra Taylor has been a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine since graduating from Michigan State University in 1981. Dr Taylor has two sons, and one grandson. She is also mom to two dogs, Gemy and Maive the Border Terriers as well as two tabby cats, Rico and Skipper. Her interests in veterinary medicine include pain management, Chinese medicine, acupuncture and Tui-Na (massage). Dr. Taylor also enjoys photography, sailing, kayaking and skiing.

Dr. Erin Bristow, DVMDr. Erin Bristow graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2013 and moved back to her home town of Sarnia. She has a keen interest in feline medicine and won the Young Veterinary Scholarship from AAFP in 2017! Dr. Bristow loves spending time with her dog, Scarlett the Doberman, whose favorite activities are hiking and playing frisbee. Dr. Bristow also loves to travel, attend concerts and cheer for the Toronto Blue Jays.

Sam, Practice ManagerSam is our Practice Manager who also over sees scheduling, billing, ordering supplies and products. She has been an employee of the Lakeshore Veterinary Clinic since 2007. She has had 3 years of experience in the veterinary field prior to joining the team at LVC. Sam has two cats, Joe and a tripod kitty named Pear, two rescued Great Danes named Siegi and Grandpa and a yorkie mix named Dobby. Sam is a volunteer with the Great Dane Rescue Inc, helping with transports, home checks and short term fostering.

Karina, RVT CCRPKarina is a registered veterinary technician who graduated from the Baker College Flint campus in 2004. Upon graduation Karina worked in a small animal hospital, volunteered at Potter Park Zoo and with Furry Friends Rescue, in the United States for 4 years. Karina has been an employee of the Lakeshore Veterinary Clinic since 2009. Karina has two kitties, Harlow and Truffles, and a rescue Chihuahua named Lupita.

Ally, RVTAlly graduated from the St. Clair College Veterinary Technician program in 2017. She has always had a passion for working with animals. Ally has three cats, Pekoe, Willow and Callie, a Chihuahua named Pablo, an Italian Greyhounds named Finn, and a Shih Tzu name Jorge. Ally's bright, cheerful attitude, love and knowledge for all animals makes her a great addition to our team!

Heather M., RVTHeather joined the LVC team in October 2018. She graduated from St. Clair College in 2014 as an RVT. She appreciates being able to help and comfort patients, watching them become more relaxed during their visit to the clinic and seeing their conditions improve.
Heather is always eager to learn the latest and greatest in Vet Med. Heather has two cats named Trooper and Alli. Heather enjoys spending her time off running or relaxing with reading a good book. |

Shelby, RVTShelby began working at LVC as a Registered Veterinary Technician in 2019 after graduating from St. Clair College. Prior to becoming an RVT with us, she completed her high school and college co-op placements with us and worked as a kennel assistant.
Shelby has one pup named Hudson, he is an American Bulldog mix, two cats named Sunny and Luna. Shelby has always called herself an animal lover and knew from a very young age that she was going to work with animals! When she is not busy working, Shelby likes to bike, read and spend time with her fur babies. Tevlin, AssistantTevlin is one of our kennel assistant who started working with us in November of 2021. She is a mom of 3, Gramma of 2 and fur mom to a Golden Retriever, Stella and a cat, Mavis. Tevlin has always loved all animals making this the perfect position for her.
Hannah, AssistantHannah has been working at the clinic as a Kennel Assistant since completing a high school co-op placement. Hannah has always had a passion for animals but is currently pursing a career in a different field. Hannah has two dogs, Penny the Mastiff and Georgette the Standard Poodle, she also has two cats, Giles and Spike, a bunny named Jolly, several fish and a horse named Polly. Hannah and Georgette also volunteer with Therapy dogs International.

Emma, RVTEmma joined the LVC family in May 2021. Emma graduated from St. Clair College in 2021 as veterinary technician. She was her class representative of her program and joined the animal care committee that helped to fundraise for their animal colony. From a young age Emma has had many animals, currently she has chickens, ducks, dogs and a cat. Emma enjoys meeting all of the pets and their families that come into the clinic.
Sophia, AssistantSophia is one of our kennel assistants who started working in 2020. She attends Saint François-Xavier high school, pursuing an education in French. Sophia loves working with all animals and people and always has a positive attitude when coming into the clinic. She has two cats of her own; Eli and Bella.

Kelly, AssistantKelly joined the LVC team in February 2017 as a Veterinary Assistant. Kelly is well suited for the position as she has a strong love for animals, is always eager to learn new things and has a great eye for the little details. Kelly is a mother of two children, a son and daughter and fur-mom to two lovely kitties named Peanut and Butter. She enjoys spending her spare time outdoors, hiking and canoeing. She also enjoys reading and home renovations!
Kate R, AssistantKate is one of our kennel assistants who started working with us in 2021. She attends Saint François-Xavier high school, and plans to pursue her post secondary education in French. She enjoys working with both animals and people. Kate has a passion for learning new things and loves to seize new opportunities. When Kate is not working she likes to spend her free time reading, long boarding or hanging out with friends and family. She has three dogs of her own; two beagle pups, Stanley and Stella and a golden retriever Shelby.

HarleyHarley is the Official Greeter at LVC. He has been our clinic cat since 2007. Harley was an orphan kitten. Harley's favorite hang out is on the front desk!

SniperSniper is the Assistant Greeter at LVC. He has been our clinic cat since 2009. Sniper is not an ideal cat for adoption due to his gastrointestinal issues. You are most likely to see him hanging out by the window watching all the people go by, or hiding in the treat shelves!
